Mark Garvey
Operations Manager

Eagle Home Medical Corp. Operations Manager, Mark Garvey directs daily facility activities from our corporate headquarters in Roanoke Rapids, NC. He serves as an operations resource for our Richmond, VA, and Temple and San Antonio, TX facility locations. Mark’s responsibilities include the orientation, training and supervision of field service personnel in both our contracted site facilities and at our NC home office.

In addition to his administrative duties, Mark participates in providing field tasks which include home medical equipment and home oxygen delivery and set-up, patient education on equipment use, operation and safety, as well as equipment maintenance to our contracted and private customers.

Starting as a part-time Eagle Home Medical Corp. staff member in 1999, Mark became a full time member of the Eagle team in 2001, when he assumed the position of Shop Foreman. His dedication to service, quality of care, and safety prompted his promotion to Operations Manager in 2004.

Prior to joining us in a full-time capacity, Mark served as an EMT-Paramedic shift supervisor for Halifax County Emergency Medical Services. His career in EMS began in 1993 when he first volunteered with our local Roanoke Valley Rescue Squad. Mark continues to remain on as a part-time EMT-Paramedic for our county EMS.

During his tenure as Operations Manager, Mark has played a vital role in ensuring that a consistent level of quality and safety is experienced by all Eagle Home Medical Corp. customers. His extensive medical background serves us well. As an ongoing patient/caregiver advocate, Mark carefully considers the affects of all leadership decisions toward the safety and welfare of our customers.
