Director of Clinical Services

As Director of Clinical Services, Cathy Dickens is responsible for the overall coordination of quality health care related to home medical equipment management and clinical respiratory services throughout our corporation. She also directs our quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Cathy assists our corporate leadership in the development, revision, and monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure continuous compliance with The Joint Commission and all other regulatory agencies.

After joining the Eagle Home Medical staff in 2001, Cathy set out to learn all that she could about providing quality home care to our customers. Safety has always been a primary focus of consideration in all the recommendations she has made to our leadership with regards to how our home care staff provides home medical equipment and clinical respiratory services.

Having a deep devotion to nursing, Cathy has practiced in the profession for the last 25 years. Her clinical experience occurred in the ICU/CCU, case management, and the home care fields. She continues to provide direct clinical respiratory care to our Roanoke Rapids, NC customers and also serves our site locations/staff as a quality assurance resource person.

Cathy is ever mindful that quality home care starts at our door. She understands the Eagle Home Medical Corp. commitment of ensuring safety, providing patient education and training, and issuing quality home medical equipment to our customers.
